Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Return & Exchange Policy

At Big nephew R/C, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.

Returns: If you wish to return an item, it must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different model, part, or accessory, please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days. We’ll guide you through the exchange process, and if the item you want to exchange for is available, we’ll ship it out as soon as we receive your original purchase. Please note that you may be responsible for any shipping charges for exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund for any defective products within 30 days of receipt.
